根據 Lisitng Information Network 的資料顯示，波士頓市區最近的 condo 市場表現相當好，今年第三季的業績較去年成長 22.5%，有 823 units 賣出，當中又以高價位的 luxury condo 表現更好 (including valet parking and concierge service，成長 27.6%)，不過平均整體 condo 的中間價位 (median price) 較去年同期小幅下滑 4% 到$457,500。

其實 condo 的成長顯示出愈來愈多的民眾對波士頓市區生活的便利性感到興趣，另一方面也很有可能是波士頓內不斷高漲的租金壓力使得民眾寧願把錢拿去買房子。
